My 5 year old

I have three beautiful children and if I had my way I would have loads more - think husband would have heart attack though lol. I have written on here before about my oldest that he has OCD and they suspect that this is part of the autistic spectrum - if it is it is only a very small part but what we have come to realise during the last year is he has no empathy - I found this very hard to deal with as I am such a caring person, at first I thought we were just imagining it but now we know that it is true. I have decided the best way for me to cope with it is to realise that is just the way he is supposed to be. As with all my children he is my life and nothing could make me love him any of the less. I tell him that God made him first because he realised that he was special enough to take care of his brother and sister and he loves this fact. Even though he has no empathy he is the most caring little boy to his brother and sister and idolises them which is beautiful. Unfortunately he kind of has what I can only imagine as tunnel vision emotionally. I don't know really why I am writing this as I don't usually write personal things on my blog but I for 2010 it is one of my things not to worry about him as I have for the past year and to just accept that this is how he is - it is part of him and that is fine. He is still my little boy - my little one who was in special care for 5 weeks because he was premature and was a tiny little scrap, my beautiful amazing son. You may wonder why I find it hard as it is only a small problem but sometimes it can be very upsetting to everyone around. Also due to his OCD he has behavioural problems and cannot control his temper and has huge tantrums sometimes up to 3 hours at a time. As I said I have been very upset over this but I am going to be very calm about it next year.

I am loving Twilight - All the men (sorry apart from Jacob and James) I fancy. Funnilly enough I really fancy Carlisle but I don't when I see pics of him dark haired - whats that all about lol

Twilight Series

Last week my friend dragged me to see New Moon - now I had not seen Twilight or read the books so I did not really know much about it and had not been that interested - but WOW was it a brilliant film - from start to finish. So last night I borrowed Twilight off a friend and yep that was abs brilliant too........I LOVED IT...... Definately Team Edward though - sorry Jacob. Mind you I quite fancy Carlisle too, oh and Jasper........

Well I am really looking forward to Celebrity on Sunday - I do love it. There are rumours that Katie Price is going in - I am not sure what reception she will get from the other celebrities or the public. Don't get me wrong I like her but I don't like all this thing with Pete - its almost like she is going out of her way to rub his nose in it. We don't know why they really split and we don't know all the stuff behind it all but............

My favourite programme of the moment is Top Gear - I just love it. Weird considering I am not actually into cars, my husband is obviously rubbing off on me - o.k that came out completely wrong but you know what I mean!

Cannot actually pronounce the new film thats coming out. I just find it amazing that Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law took over the part and gave their money to Heath's daughter - it actually makes me well up to think about it - that what such a lovely thing to do for their friend.

Well I am at the moment renting Series 3 of Criminal Intent. I do love this programme and Goran is so brainy - although I must admit I have to laugh because he knows absolutely everything there could possibly be to know! How does his brain not explode!

Ghost Whisperer

Well my friend has been trying to get me to watch Ghost Whisperer for ages. I have always refused as it has scared me in the past (although I may have got confused with Medium I do not know). Anyway I accidently watched an episode (as you do) and now she has got me hooked - she is a pain as she keeps getting me hooked on things lol, she was the one who got me hooked on Dr Who, Torchwood, Gavin and Stacy etc etc. Anyway now the little minx will have to be punished - I will have to borrow her box set for Ghost Whisperer as well.

Mamma Mia

My kids love Mamma Mia - they want to watch it all the time - my 5 yr old boy loves the girl in it and my 3 yr old girl loves the singing and dancing. Her favourite song in it is Honey Honey, she is so cute when she sings it.

HOW CLEAN IS YOUR HOUSE

I absolutely love this programme - it makes me feel so much better about myself and my cleaning abilities - I watched one the other day where the person had not cleaned for 24 years - brilliant! As you can imagine.......... I love Kim and Aggie they are excellent.

At the moment, more due to the fact that there is bugger all else on, I am watching Top Gear - although I do love the programme, I love all three of them but I think I have to say Jeremy is my fave. Just to change subjects completely - there was a girl on there and her phone rang and it was Barbie girl - Aqua as her ring tone - how cool was that! I WANT IT!
